Jamal Hamdouch, General Director of Ténor Restauration, has a clear conviction: Morocco is ready for quality, halal, international fast food."We don't just sell burgers. We create jobs, we train teams, we build a network that meets the expectations of a new generation of Moroccans."
Ténor Restauration's stated ambition is to cover the major Moroccan cities — Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tanger, Meknès — with a network of 30 restaurants, including 20 franchises. Each opening is an opportunity for a local entrepreneur to partner with a global brand while anchoring their business in their community.
•Consistent quality: standardized and controlled recipes, selected ingredients, a recognizable taste from one restaurant to another.
•Certified halal: all meats served in Morocco are 100% halal, certified by IMANOR (Moroccan Institute for Standardization). A clear commitment to the expectations of Moroccan consumers.
•Customer proximity: fast, warm, and accessible service, at the heart of busy neighborhoods and shopping centers.
•Human development: Quick Maroc recruits and trains its teams locally, with skill development programs at all levels.
•Shared entrepreneurship: a franchise model that involves local entrepreneurs in the development of the network, with the technical and logistical support of the group.
Quick has been expanding through franchising since 1991 in France — it's a deep-rooted DNA, not just a growth option among others. In Morocco, Ténor Restauration made the same choice: to rely on local entrepreneurs to accelerate the deployment of the network across the entire territory.
The model is clear: Ténor Restauration manages its own restaurants in strategic areas to demonstrate the profitability of the concept, then opens the network to selected franchisees who bring their local grounding and entrepreneurial commitment.
For the franchisee: a recognized brand from day one, a tested concept, provided marketing tools, and on-the-ground support. For Quick and Ténor: franchising allows for multiple openings without multiplying risks — a partnership based on shared performance.
